She's responsive and has good communication. While out-of-state, we saw there were severe storms, and she was able to make an extra visit one evening to make sure our outdoor cat was okay. Michelle is our go-to person for taking care of our pet and plants while we are away. She even moves a car around in the driveway to make it look like someone is at home." — Rob M.
